Millie Small (The Blue Beat Girl)
My Boy Lollipop
Smash Records SRS67055
Red label
Matrix #SR67055-A-S1
First Pressing
Stereo
Vinyl is in "EX" condition. There is a light scratch on side one through tracks one, two and three. There are other light scuffs on both sides. Plays beautifully with minimal surface noise. Labels are in excellent condition. Comes with original record sleeve which is in beautiful condition. Sleeve highlights some of Smash Record's top talent.
Cover is in "EX" condition. Cover is preserved by the original seal, the album is in fantastic condition. The front cover does have the record impression, but no ring wear. There is a small scratch at the top center that has torn away the seal. Scratch is 1 1/4" long. The remnants of an old sticker is in the upper left corner. The colors are brilliant and graphics are crisp and clear. Top edge is in fantastic condition except where the seal pulled away at the scratch previously mentioned. There are two small pieces of the cover that flaked off in that area. Another small area of wear is the right corner. Spine has little or no signs of wear, no splits. Bottom edge has little or no signs of wear, no splits. Each of the corners have slight wear except for the top right. It does have more wear. Back cover is brilliant white. The appears to be light discoloration on the back; however, the discoloration is on the seal, not the cover. The left side is a bit discolored where the seal is pulled back. There is also a small abrasion toward the bottom left corner. The underlying cardboard is visible in the area. There's a similar abrasion 3 1/2" from the top. These areas are very minor and do not detract from the picture or the writing. There is a small stain at the bottom edge about two inches from the left corner where a piece of the seal is torn.

Following is a brief description:
"SS" - Still Sealed
- For the collector who demands nothing but perfection.
"M" - Mint
- These are absolutely perfect in every way. Mint should never be used as a grade unless more than one person agrees that the record or sleeve truly is in this condition.
"NM" - Near Mint
- Vinyl - In factory fresh condition, like new.
- Covers - Have no creases, ring wear or seam splits of any kind.
"EX+" - Excellent plus
- Vinyl - close to new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play.
- Cover - close to like new with only superficial signs of use.
EX - Excellent
- Vinyl - A used, reasonable copy. Shows slight signs of wear.
- Cover - Shows slight signs of wear.
VG+ - Very Good Plus
- Vinyl - May show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps that do no affect the sound are okay. Minor signs of handling are okay, too, such as tell-tell marks around the center hole, but repeated playing has not misshapen the hole. Light surface noise may be heard between tracks or during quiet passages, but still plays quite nice.
- Cover - Should have only minor wear and may have a split less than one inch long. Also, a VG+ cover may have some defacing such as a cut-out marking.
VG - Very Good
- Vinyl - Significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise. Still plays great.
- Covers - Will have many signs of human handling. Ring wear may be present as well as some creases visible. Seam splitting will be more obvious, and it may appear on all three sides.
Good
- Vinyl - Good does not mean bad! The record still plays through without skipping so it can serve as a filler until something better comes along. But it has significant surface noise and groove wear, and the label is worn.
- Cover - The cover has ring wear to the point of distraction, has seam splits obvious on sight and may have heavier writing, such as, for example, huge radio station letters written across the front to deter theft.
Poor to Fair
- Vinyl - Record is cracked and/or impossibly warped or skips repeatedly when an attempt is made to play them
- Cover - So heavily damaged that it is almost unrecognizable.
