Gatefold Sleeve Has Japanese Linernotes Inside.
With Original Catalog Inner Sleeve (That Has Coupon Part on Top Cap, It Has Small Light Brown Dot Spots)
OBI Still Has Rare Order Tab.
Side 1 of The Disc is EX Minus, Side 2 is VG Plus, Sleeve is EX Minus-VG Plus (No Bottom Split, It Has A Small Sticker Spot on Front, Small Light Brown Dot Spots on Gatefold Inside).
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
