Description
Up for auction is a rare original deep groove mono pressing of the Miles Davis 'Quartet' 10" LP on Prestige Records PRLP-185. The musicians include Percy Heath, Kenny Clarke, Dave Schildkraudt, and Horace Silver.
Record info:
G+ with moderate scuffing not nothing really deep and plays surprisingly well!
Cover info:
VG with some seam wear and tape repair on three of the four corners. There is an artwork tear on the front at top. The back cover has a sticker with the name of the previous owner on upper left corner and an artwork tear next to it on the all white background.
Label / Pressing info:
Original 446 W. 50th St NYC address deep groove mono press. The a-side has RVG initials in the dead wax area.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
