Description

Not the 1st pressing from '57. This Lp dates from a couple of years later c.1960. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original mono cover. We also have an original inner sleeve from the early sixties too.

Vinyl (Ex-/Vg+) In lovely condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of very slight marks per side. One mark, however, does sound on track 1 of side2. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly NEAREXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of deviations per side. Very nice and clean warm audio. A touch of slight static presence in a couple of the quietest passages per side. Absolutely nothing unpleasant or distracting. Low in the mix - I am only mentioning for the fussiest folks out there. A super player by and large. The one issue which is more noticeable is that mark in track 1 of side 2. I get quite a number of ticks throughout the track. Pretty low down in the right channel - but still audible.
Cover (Vg+) The front is is smashing condition with little sign of ageing or creases. The rear has avoided the worst of the ageing process just light evidence in places - more so at extremities. Minimal edge wear and spine is 100% intact and the cover retains excellent rigidity. 
Inner (Vg) Aged a little. Bag present. No splits.
