1950’s & 60’s Prestige Records Auction
Premium Jazz Collection Purge
Vinyl Condition:Bergenfield Press, RVG & DG. Looks VG+ with few very light scuffs but plays consistently VG++ to NM. Couple times I heard a pop that wouldn't stick around long.
Cover Condition:
VG+ clean spine, bottom edge has a small split in the middle and at the opening about 1.5", light corner wear, back has light foxing.
I’ve pulled roughly 40-50 original Prestige Jazz records from my collection to sell. This is a batch of 9 to end Sunday night 4/26.
This selection features a mix of 1st Press Original 50th St NYC Fireworks labels and Bergenfield NJ labels. I will cite the pressing year to the best of my knowledge for each specific listing.
There are some very nice records in this first drop of nine. I am focusing on offering records that are either in superior condition or are the "hard-to-find" pieces that frequently appear on serious collectors' want lists.
Note: The 2nd drop will be even bigger, most likely arriving one week out.
