Mint = sealed

 NM = Just like new but has been opened/played at some point. I hardly ever use this grade.

 VG++ = looks great but not perfect, cover may have light staining but no rips,tears, or seam splits. Vinyl usually has no scratches or scuff marks. I use this grade most of the time.

 VG+ = Has some play wear, may or may not have some very light scratches,cover will most likely have ring wear on it, or some staining. This record will have some light surface noise.
