Description
Very presentable original UK copy of this rare Miles Davis Quintet album from 1957, recorded in one day in October 1956! Featuring an all-star line-up including John Coltrane and Philly Joe Jones. The catalogue number is Esquire 32-048 with A/B matrices. I am selling this LP for an elderly friend who has owned it since brand new but only played it a few times. From a smoke and pet-free home.
Single Sleeve VG+ Fully laminated. In very good order. Obvious age-yellowing on both sides. Some lifting of the laminate at the opening edge. No other issues, a very nice sleeve overall.
Labels Ex Very clean. Faint age spots only. Light spindle traces.
Inner VG+ Original polylined inner. Light creasing and age-yellowing to one edge.
Record Visually Ex/Ex+, nice shine to the vinyl. No hairlines or scuffs seen in normal light. Some might grade as NM. I have not had the record cleaned but there are no finger marks or other signs of use. The audio grades as Ex throughout, with the inevitable patch of crackle here and there.
