One of the great hard bop albums from the mid 50’s featuring a stellar lineup of jazz greats….

Miles Davis/Milt Jackson/Thelonious Monk/Percy Heath/Kenny Clarke/Horace Silver.

 

A highly regarded (and rated) album of early Miles’ recorded for Prestige in 1954, prior to signing to the major Columbia Records label the following year.

This original UK edition has been pressed from the US Prestige stampers :-

Side 1 : PRLP-7109-A RVG AB

Side 2 : PRLP-7109-B RVG AB

Record = EX (Barely played. Lovely sheen! Deep groove pressing from US stampers. Minimal spindle wear)
