Description
This is Prestige Records LP 200, Miles Davis All Stars Volume 2, a yellow, W.50th St., deep groove label original mono issue of this classic record with the ear (p) mark in the dead wax. The record is in G condition showing marks on both sides and playing with background noise but also with a gauge at the end of Bemsha Swing that causes a stick. The Man I Love plays through with background noise but no skips. The frame cover with liner notes, plain spine and 446 W. 50th St., New York 19,address, has clear tape and tape residue on the spine, a 5" split on the top seam and general wear. The labels are fine. All our 10" records include inner and outer sleeves. The record was played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode and cleaned on a VPI 17. I don't normally list records in this condition but I made an exception with this because of it's rarity. This is an initial "play" copy of this rare original record.
