Miles Davis All Stars - Vol. 1 10" LP
Prestige PRLP 196. Yellow/Black deep groove 446 W. 50th St. adress label. Mono. USA 1955.
First pressing. RVG in dead wax. Thick cover, no inner sleeve.
Graded cover/record VG/VG+
Cover has light wear at corners and seams, bottom seam split, no tape or writing.
Record has a few light non audible marks, lables has spindle marks. Plays excellent with very light background noise only.
With Miles Davis - trumpet, Milt Jackson – Vibraphone,
Thelonious Monk – Piano, Percy Heath – Bass, Kenny Clarke – Drums
Tracks -Bag´s Groove / Swing Spring
Two long tracks and with the first issue of Bag´s Groove - be-bop at it´s best,
recorded at Rudy Van Gelder's Studio, Hackensack, New Jersey, on December 24, 1954
And for a record this old - in really great condition.
