Vinyl: Sealed, unplayed
Drill hole in center.
Cover: VG++, wear to corners and seams. See pictures.
The seal along the bottom has opened.  Sticker is upside down on bottom of font cover.  
Drill hole in shrink lines up perfectly with the drill hole in the cover.  This convinces me the seal is original and has not been removed.
