PLEASE READ!!! There is a less than 1" micro crack on this 45. When the 45 is played, there is a very slight "tick". I believe in being honest in business and I'm a record buyer myself. In the photos above, an arrow will "point" to the position of the irregularity. When holding the 45, you really have to strain to see the area. This is an insanely rare piece of Michigan garage rock history that many would love to have in their collection.
This is a NO RESERVE Auction! For your consideration is an incredible 45 release by The New Era from 1967 from Holland, Michigan on the Great Lakes label #2532, which is an affiliate of the now world famous Fenton label and studio in Sparta, Michigan where this fine record was recorded. This group had other singles out two years previous on the Fenton label, under the group name The Sheffields with "Nothing I Can Do" being on the Scream Loud set of a few years back."We Ain't" was on the monster comp Michigan Garage Barrage several years ago. The same leader writer and singer John Dunn fronts this outstanding release with wonderful guitar work, and oh so cool vocals. The band should have had many hits in their day, but never broke through, as I believe this was the last incarnation of the band. Excellent condition with lots of luster to the vinyl (the pics doesn't do the 45 justice as there's lots of reflection from my room in the picture), and great labels as well!(See Photos).
