"La Mise en Plis," by Michele Buirette, privately released in France in 1985. Excellent and largely overlooked album by French accordionist Buirette, fronting an ensemble through a series of tracks with free jazz and experimental angles. Unusual record. Both vinyl and cover in excellent condition. Please note my scanner cannot capture the entire breadth of the record cover.
