Original mono issue, black label with color spectrum border & FDS logo at 9 o'clock position, original Capitol FDS paper inner sleeve, liner notes insert. A 2 LP box set.

Record looks EX but is guaranteed to play MINT-: VERY SHINEY & CLEAN with just a few barely visible superficial inaudible visual only marks which don't affect play. No spindle wear. Plays Great!!!
Box is VG++: partial split at center of back top edge; top right corner seam of lid is split; minor shelf wear; otherwise clean & sturdy.
