Item comes as seen in Photos. This is from my personal collection. I've maybe played it 3 times. Box, sleeves, record and book are all in great shape! I found a small tear in one of the sleeves. Took a close up photo so you can see. It's nothing. Box has some light scratches from handling but nothing serious.
