Ooops, don't get a heartattack. This is not one of the 26 test copies of the picture disk with some copacabana music for which people want to pay over 2500 dollars.
This is the UK claiming to be Sony picture disk version of the album. If it is a bootleg or not, I can't tell, but there are a few certainties. This Picture Disk contains the full album. It is a beautiful piece of <ichael Jackson persionalia and very nice thing to add to your collection.
It says: promotional copy only, but me as a knowledge base about Michael Jakcson items it is or a bootleg or manufactured bye a company who bought the rights.
Anyways...it is rare...very rare.
