Metallica - "Ride the Lightning" LP (1984)

Notes: Bernett French press of Metallica's Ride the Lightning, with misprinted green cover, still sealed! Cat. No. SB 18026. Everything appears to be perfect except for a small (<1") slit in the shrink wrap, a minor imperfection at most. ***I am aware that there are several bootleg copies of this album in circulation. Everything that I can see without opening the album tells me that this is one of the original 400 that were pressed, including the Bernett logo on the back, so I will assume it is an original. Message me if you know of any way to differentiate between the two.

Vinyl Grading:
S (Still Sealed) - Item sealed in its original plastic, never opened.
M (Mint) - Everything appears to be new, no marks whatsoever.
EX (Excellent) - The record, sleeve, or inserts show hardly any sign of wear. No scratches on the record or any imperfections that should affect sound quality.
VG (Very Good) - The record, sleeve, or inserts have a few noticeable signs of wear. However, any imperfections on the record should hardly affect sound quality.
G (Good) - The record, sleeve, or inserts have several noticeable signs of wear. Any imperfections on the record should affect sound quality, however, not to the point where the record is unlistenable.
P (Poor) - The record, sleeve, or inserts are badly damaged. The record may be considered unlistenable, even broken.
We will only stock items with a G or P rating if the item is highly collectible or otherwise valuable. All vinyls are ONLY graded visually unless noted otherwise. All vinyl is graded conservatively.
Please note that I am not an experienced Metallica collector, and that I know little of this release or how to detect bootlegs. If there is an obvious way to tell, please let me know. If it turns out that this is a bootleg, I can't offer a refund as I have given no guarantee either way.
