Metallica - Limited Edition Interview Picture Disc Tell Tales Label - TTS 1007 UK 1988 Private Pressing on Red Vinyl with Saw Blade Shape.
Unfortunately I don't know much about Metallica but looking on auction history for this item only a handful have been sold in the last few years so must be extremely rare.
A great item to have in any collection with the stunning Saw Blade shape and I imagine for Metallica fans a great insight into the band without the censorship of an official release.
All of my records are play tested on a Project Debut Carbon with 2M Red stylus which is quite revealing so any sound defects may be more exaggerated than on other more mainstream players.  Or conversely if you are a full on audiophile I will let you judge how your set up compares and how you envisage the sound will compare.
I don't currently have access to a cleaning machine so please forgive any dust or finger marks which are on any of my records - hopefully will be investing in one at some point.
Record Appearance - VG+ Obviously very difficult to visually grade picture discs but no obvious scratches or defects under a bright light, maybe a couple of small lines on side 1.  The saw blade edges are all complete with just some light crazing of the plastic, I imagine would have been like this when new but not seen others to compare.
Record Audio - VG I have only lightly tested the item as I am not particularly interested in the subject matter sorry.  There is some surface noise but I imagine this is from being in storage and also picture discs are notorious for being of poor sound quality.  A machine clean if you dare would more than likely bring this up to VG+ or NM. To be honest this is a record for admiring rather than playing in my opinion.
Record Sleeve - VG+ A simple plastic sleeve as present when new.  No rips and tears and is in good condition.
