    An original 1988 (manufactured in Holland) double vinyl 12" package with original inners and sleeve (836062-1) of the terrific album package "...And Justice For All" created and part-produced by Metallica.     Back in the late 1980's as a rebellious teenager this album was basically purchased by myself just to annoy my parents and too be honest 'Metallica' in the main have always been a bit too heavy for me...! So this is the reasoning why this album has sat on a record shelf for more than 35 years after being played originally no more than once or twice after the original purchase.      The vinyl records have now both been play-tested this week to cater for basic pre-sales checks and there were no issues regarding playback at all and the labels are all in excellent condition.      As mentioned above the album cover has been stood on a mass-record shelf for more than three decades now but equal side-pressure from other closely stacked albums have presented a very small pressure crease over the lower front cover base line. The fact that this original double album sleeve was manufactured very slightly wider to cater for the two enclosed 12" vinyl records probably contributed to this allowable minor compression factor.     3.25 inches down the right hand-side-edge of the front cover there is an extremely small 2mm 'ding' where the edge of the card sleeve was probably caught when another record alongside it was probably either removed or replaced after use and the impairment caused here is very, very minimal.      The two original paper sleeves are pretty much as issued with no external markings or visible issues... If purchased by someone else via this advertisement at the time of receiving this I would be surprised if the records themselves have been in and out of the inner sleeves more than a dozen times or so... As mentioned above the pair of vinyl records have been removed for playing purposes just a couple of times during their lifetime and just once or twice more for inspection or information gaining purposes... That's it.      As you can probably tell I am by no means a professional grader or die-hard collector of vinyl records but from a very limited experience and after referencing friends who do own a lot of the same or the same kind of stuff I do know that you will be very hard pressed to find a double album of this age in such a desirable condition.     Thank you so much for taking the time to read through this entire listing.
