From my personal collection:
Sleeve - NM Record - VG++
NOTE: On closer inspection their is one blemish on the Demon Flight song -- second song, Side 2 -- that causes a couple of pops (a factory defect, probably) so I'm changing the condition to VG++. I checked the rest of the album and it's NM and there are no issues with the Metallica song.
Still in the original shrink! Not a reissue.
There is a small cutout on the top right hand side (as seen in photo). And the previous owner put a small sticker (and tape over the price tag) explaining the history of the album, ie Metallica being on it. I didn't bother, because honestly to me it adds to the charm, but if you're careful you should be able to remove it.
