original press on Megaforce MRI-369 no barcode, no insert
record VG+ (some light ticks / static here and there mainly audible in quiet sections); cover G (see photos - significant creases, ringwear, edgewear, cornerwear, small ripped area on front cover top right edge, screatches on back cover and pushpin holes in bottom 2 corners)
record wet cleaned and inserted into new paper inner sleeve
