Cover and innnersleeve:EXC a bit yellowed with slight wear at corners.
Matrix / stamper:(side 1 LP1) F 90238 SR 90238 A RFR-1 p 17 (side 2 LP2)SR 90239A RFR 1 P17 reason for double numbering is probably error in the first engraving.
