Description

Mercury stereo four track reel to reel tape, ST 90260, recorded at 7 1/2 ips.  Earliest tape issue, manufactured by Bel Canto Stereophonic Recordings, which is where all of the great Mercury 2 track tapes were made.  Great Mercury sound.  This title was never issued as a 2 track tape.

Byron Janis plays the Rachmaninoff piano concerto #2, with Antal Dorati and the Minneapolis Symphony Orchestra.  Also includes the Preludes in C sharp minor and E flat major for solo piano.  See pics for program details.

Reel and tape in excellent condition, play-tested, box VG+

This tape has been play-tested and run through to make sure that it is complete and that there are no breaks or splices.  Tape is wound tightly, with loose end taped to the reel for safe shipping.
