   >>> Any of the LP's I list here on EBAY are from my own private collection and have been well cared for. The majority of them have only been played a few times. Since LP's could not be played in automobiles, as soon as I acquired a new LP I would immediately record it on cassette tape. The LP was then safely stored to preserve it's condition & quality. There are a small number of my LP's that suffered some minor damages to the jackets while moving (several times), but any damage will be shown & described in the listing.  *I also clean the LP's in a highly modified Spin Clean Wet Wash System, then place them in a New Clear Anti-Static Sleeve. Any original inner sleeves (and other inserts) are always included with the LP's.  I try to do my best to grade the LP & outer Jacket / Cover according to Goldmine Standards but there's always a possibility I may miss something.  If you notice something I clearly missed, please contact me first before opening a case with EBAY, Thanks !
For shipping, all LP's are bubble wrapped and packed in an approved corrugated LP shipping carton.     *** ALL LP PRICES INCLUDE FREE SHIPPING TO ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ! ***

Here is an EXCELLENT+ to NEAR MINT  "Album Package" with a NEAR MINT "VINYL LP" of  MEN AT WORK,  "BUSINESS AS USUAL",  from 1982, on the Columbia / CBS Records Label, Catalog #FC37978.  This IS NOT a Re-Issue or a Club Issue.  This is an Original 1982 1st US Pressing, Mastered by K Disc Mastering (JG) and pressed by the Columbia / CBS Records Plant in Carrollton, GA., for Retail Distribution. This LP has 10 Tracks including their Hits "Who Can It Be Now", "Down Under" & "Touching The Untouchables".

GRADING of Individual Items:  The Outer Cover / Jacket is still in shrink with the original Red Hype Sticker but has a tear in the shrink on the back, but none missing (see Photo 3). The center of the Spine has a tiny bit of torn shrink & 2 tiny cracks from movers mishandling (see Photo 4). The rest of spine & 4 corners are excellent. There are no holes, tears, saw slits, corner cuts, etc.  Grade = at least = EX++ !   The Printed Inner Sleeve is mostly flat except for a few creases from previous corner folds & improper handling, however, both sides have a small 1" split from the LP but the bottom is completely intact.   Grade = at least VG++ !   The LP, played only once or twice, looks brand new, full shine & luster with excellent labels and no hole wear.  LP Grade = DEFINITELY NEAR MINT !
