Whitewash Station Blues A reissue compilation of some of the best Memphis Jug Band records. Liner notes are by Bengt Olsson and 78 rpm record remastering by Nick Perls. Both the front and back covers of the double pocket album jacket feature artwork by R Crumb and it is one of his finest efforts for Yazoo. The back cover is especially stunning and has 12 small drawings illustrating titles of songs on the record. Both records are M- and without scratches, scuffs, groove damage or spindle marks. They look unplayed. The cover is also M-. The record has been stored in a poly sleeve since purchase and the cover is bright and glossy. The only flaws evident, upon close inspection, are tiny spots of wear at the corners and very minor scuffing of the black band around the drawings. It's hard to imagine there are many copies of this around with the records and cover in this condition. I attempt to grade records accurately and conservatively and provide the information bidders need. I will ship record promptly, properly packed, upon receipt of payment.
