Description

The recent reissues of Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness have reminded us why we first fell in love with the Smashing Pumpkins, and why this epic collection helped define a generation.
To celebrate the release, I've decided to share the crown jewel in my personal Pumpkins collection.
You are bidding on a first edition, numbered copy of Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness on triple vinyl, autographed by the band.

  • All sleeves and artwork intact
  • Autographed by Billy Corgan, James Iha, Jimmy Chamberlin, and Melissa Auf der Maur.
Background: I purchased the album around 1996 from a record store in Wisconsin. I personally secured the autographs from the band (with then-bassist Auf der Maur) during a promotional event for the Machina tour on April 13, 2000, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. (Billy Corgan flashed me the devil horns immediately prior to signing!)
The album has minor wear at two corners, but is otherwise pristine. I played it fewer than five times, and stored it in a frame for most of the past 15 years.
