This is the very rare and sought after Death by Design graphic novel + the 4-LP Warheads on Foreheads put out by Heavy Metal Magazine in March of 2019. The graphic novel is presented here in 12.25" x 12.25" prestige album format. It presents insight and understanding into the universe of Megadeth and it's harrowed mascot, Vic Rattlehead.

The project was carefully curated by Dave Mustaine and Heavy Metal. Megadeth, working in close collaboration with HEAVY METAL, has collected an unprecedented pool of talent for MEGADETH: DEATH BY DESIGN – making it any comic book or Megadeth fan’s dream. John Gallagher provides the face melting cover art. Brendan Small (creator of Metalocalypse) teams with Belen Ortega (Girl With The Dragon Tattoo) for Hangar 18. Dan Fogler (Fantastic Beasts And Where To find Them) writes an apocalyptic tale insanely drawn by Andy Belanger (Southern Cross) for Rattlehead. An A-list talent pool rounds out the roster featuring Tim Seeley (Hack/Slash), Ben Templesmith (30 Days of Night), Brian Wood (DMZ), Justin Jordan & John Bivens (Spread), Leah Moore & John Reppion (Judge Dredd), Joe Keatingue (Popgun), Christine Larsen (Holy Diver), Frazier Irving (Annihilator) and more than 50 other talented creators.
As if that weren't enough, you also get the 4-LP set of Warheads on Foreheads which was pressed to a limited edition coke bottle clear vinyl. This color was only available in this box set format from Heavy Metal. This thing is one heavy piece of awesome! I purchased this for myself as I’m a lover of vinyl records. It is new and unopened/sealed.
This piece was never displayed anywhere. It was set on an IKEA shelf which has been covered by a drop cloth to keep out UV rays. It is in outstanding condition. I've provided images of all four corners for your review.
On the sleeve grading, I never grade sleeves as mint as you can always find some minor imperfection if you look hard enough. This one is pretty darn close, however. Check the images and judge for yourself.
