Mega-Rare VOX PL6910 Emma Boynet plays Faure Piano Mus.

An exceptional opportunity!  Impossibly rare original issue on VOX records, PL 6910.  Emma Boynet plays piano music of Gabriel Faure.  Of particular interest, as Boynet was acquainted with Faure.

Includes Six Barcarolles, op. 26, 41, 42, 44, 66 and 70; Trois Romances Sans Paroles, op. 17; Improvisation, op. 84, #5; Clair de Lune, op. 46, #2.

Disc very well cared for, apparently played only a very few times.  Visually VG++, a few very light scuffs.  Comes with original plastic inner sleeve, which almost never survived.  I have replaced it.  No spindle trails, see photos.  Plays with some light surface noise, as do all of these issues from this time (1951), sound is very nice.  Will no doubt play even better on a proper mono setup, which I do not have.

Jacket VG+, small seam split in bottom right, minor wear to corners.  Exceptional condition for one of this generation, which almost all have completely split seams..

You could look a VERY long time to find a better copy of this highly sought-after disc.  Please see the companion disc, also music of Faure.  Started WAY below market value with no reserve.  Enjoy!
