Description

This auction is for "Meet The Beatles", the Mono edition released in 1964 WITHOUT any publishing credits of BMI or ASCAP after each song title. The absolute 1st pressing of this LP---but it was also released in Stereo the same year.
As mentioned below, this is the 1st LP that I ever bought, but that copy was destroyed while in possion of my sister (I was in the Army in Germany in 1970) while her water heater flooded wherever my LP was and ruined it. Since then, I've bought maybe 20 copies of this LP, including MFSL pressings, cassette recordings, Japanese presses, etc.
Like they say "You never forget your First".
Below you will find a kind of "Template" that I've saved (only a small portion of) to let you know a little about me.
I've been going through a few boxes and keep finding more Beatles LPs. I've been buying Beatles LPs since 1964 when I bought my 1st LP, "Meet The Beatles". Unfortunately, I probably have as many as 10 copies of some titles, including this one. Up to this point, most of my listings have been MFSL pressings that both I and my brother bought over the years, which is why I have so many duplicates. Between our collections, there must be 20,000 LPs, and it's time for me to pass on a few (I'm SLOW). Be patient and maybe I'll list sometning that you will like.
OK, so let's talk about this LP. I test played both sides and it took me back to 1964. This LP is not "new" but it sounds like it. There are plenty of photos to show it's condition, including the slight wear on the front cover. No seam splits, not even a 1/4 of an inch at the openings.
Everything is included, even the original inner sleeve, but I am an incredible LP nerd so it will come with a MFSL inner sleeve.
You are bidding on my life's collection and this has to go to someone that will cherish it, so the opening bid will eliminate everyone out there and this LP will not sell. OK with me.
You can make me an offer, but please, do not insult me.
I forgot to mention condition..Any other seller would say MINT. I can't do that, but if you check my feedbacks, my customers often do. I don't believe that even "Heaven" is mint so take that for...whatever.  The LP is in very good condition and a great listening experience.
Sleeve---VG+ Vinyl---VG+ Inner Sleeve---Who cares?---VG+
EVERYTHING THAT I LIST IS FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION.  I AM NOT A STORE!!!

THANKS FOR LOOKING AND GOOD LUCK!!!
I will ship Media Mail to hold your cost down. Most likely I will upgrade shipping to Priority Mail and will cover the additional costs including insurance.
This LP ships Free and I will pay the Ins.

My grading system: There is No Mint or Mint- in my grading. Nothing is perfect in this reality so VG+ is as high as I go.
That means that you just bought this LP and opened it without playing it!.
Sealed---Basically unknown condition until you open it.  VG+---No damage, no smudges and perfect sound. (I'm adding VG++ for exceptional condition LPs) VG---Maybe slight surface noise but still "like new". G---A playable LP with surface noise, some pops but no skips and worthy of a serious collection. G-/---Basically the same as G but RARE and will only be listed when playable without distortion.
The same grading will go with Covers and inserts and will be described in detail.
ABOUT FEEDBACK: I WILL LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK AS SOON AS YOUR END IS COMPLETED.
I don't wait for you first so if you're pleased with your auction let me know.
