McCoy Tyner Quartet - Sahara 1st Pressing Milestone 1972 RARE DJ PROMO COPY.
Let me tell you, the late, great McCoy Tyner's Milestone recordings are not to be overlooked. This album is a shining example of that, a real diamond. Wax shows some scuffs and hairlines on both sides, nothing feelable (except for the music). Playback is not affected. Considering its age, the record still has some luster. It's a nice, heavy pressing. You'll see promotional declarations on both labels. The sleeve hasn't aged quite as well. It shows these signs of wear: chipping at the edges, an approx. 1" split top seam, an approx. 2" split bottom seam, a tear on the front right open side, some scuffing and creasing, ring wear, and sticker residue over the "ara" in Sahara.
