This “mysterious” release slipped out unnoticed in 2016 being only available at the counter of the Phonica Record Store in London along with a 7” of the same ilk.

There was a total of 300 copies available and obviously were long gone before many even knew of its existence. The same went for the 7” which was available in even smaller numbers.

Found on this perfectly mint piece of 12” vinyl are two remixes of the Wings Classic “Nineteenth Hundred And Eighty Five” off the Band On The Run masterpiece along with a smiling Paul McCartney on the white label (I’m surprised he’s not winking in regards to this release).

Over the more resent years in this phase of Paul’s rich career, he has released some very interesting and special pressings in unusual fashion. The signed RSD release hidden in the shelves with normal stock (as per his instructions), various remixes released in small quantities in no particular place and this mystery pressing found in this listing just to name a few. His releases as Twin Freaks or The Fireman further show the special “in touch” he has for his fans, never taking it for granted and always keeping it interesting.

I’ve noticed the release I’m offering here actually sell for over $400 (which is completely ridiculous). I’ve priced this gem at a truer value and a very fair price considering it’s rarity and availability. Again, it is in perfect condition as can be observed in the provided photos.

PS: Supposedly there have been some pirated pressings of this release found. I 100% guarantee this is an authentic pressing personality obtained by me and will give my word on that along with a guarantee it is not a pirate pressing.
