Description

About This Auction.  Please see the details about this and a dozen or so other very special 45rpms that I am offering here on E-bay.  As my vinyl friends know, I do not like to waste my time or your time auctioning items that are common. Please read on and make sure you check out my other LPs and the detailed scans of my offerings.

About This Record:  At auction here is an original U.S. copy of Mc5's single on A2 label Looking at You and Bordeline.  I bought it at a record convention in New York in 1985 when I was going to school there.  It cost me $85, and will cost you at least that much.

The Cover:  There was a PS for this, but not with this copy.  I just recently bought a copy with a PS and that is why I am selling this copy.  This is essential stuff.  If you want a photo copy of my PS, I'd be happy to send one along.  It only took me 25 years to find one after I heard the first blast of Kick out the Jams.

The Vinyl:  The vinyl is a nice VG+ copy. A keeper copy that plays NM and that mmost people would call M-.  My faithful companion for many years .

The Matrix Numbers:  A2 333-A and A2333-B, which are feelable to the touch.  There is also a Bell Sound stamp, which is not feelable to the touch.  Then there is the name 'Sue" which is feelable to the touch, and then something else that has 3 letters/numbers that is feelable to the touch.  My eyes are too old to make it out.  Also, I just realized I'm on my work computer, so I have to log in later on another computer to add photos.  Stay tuned, and don't forget to ask me for photos if I forget!

The Labels.  The labels of the record are in nice M- condition (see scan).

My Grading Policy:  I use strict Goldmine grading standards.  Accordingly, I do NOT use the grade EX (or EX+, or EX-).  While I use VG+ (which seems to be EX to EX+), I do not use the grade VG+(+) or VG+(-).  I offer a full refund if you are not satisfied.

Postage:  I strongly prefer to send priority mail.  I insist upon return receipt.  That means postage for you is $6.55 on the East Cost and Canada, and comparably less on the West Coast and everywhere else inbetween.  Greece is $12, U.K. $10, Sweden $11, Italy $13; similar rates for other countries.  U.S. registered mail is $7.50 extra and required for every LP over $100 if sent abroad.  For items purchased over $100, I insist upon insurance when sent to U.S./Canada.  Overseas buyers, contact me re postage (registered mail is the best bet).  I strongly prefer PAYPAL and I do not pass on the cost of Paypal to you like some sellers.
