Description

The Masked Marauders - S/T - Deity RS6378 Stereo pressing released in 1969. 

Vinyl is E- with full sheen and nothing but
superficial scuffs.  Plays great.

Labels are clean with no spindle wear. 

Sleeve is E- and still in original shrink.
The album, based on a joke review in Rolling Stone magazine, features a good Jagger imitation ("Can't Get No Nookie"), a few decent Dylan imitations ("Cow Pie", "Duke of Earl," "Season of the Witch") and attempted imitations of the others (Lennon, McCartney et al) that would fool nobody. The Masked Marauders was an amusing concept but in execution there is no reason to get real excited. The original fake review and the album's liner notes are funnier than the music.
