Description
'Midnight Love' was not only Marvin Gaye's only release for Columbia Records, but also his last album ever before he was tragically shot and killed by his Father in 1984. Released in 1982, 'Midnight Love was written, arranged, and produced by Gaye himself and featured his last major hit 'Sexual Healing'.
CBS released this title in 1982 as part of their audiophile half-speed mastered series (HC 48197) and the results are wonderful....balanced, detailed, and distortion-free...an already superb sounding Lp made even better with half-speed technology. The best sounding version of this album you'll ever hear.
