Description
This is the original deep groove pressing of Marty Paich “Quartet” on Tampa TP 28. The flat rim red vinyl playing surface is in excellent condition, with a high luster; two inaudible hairlines at the intro of Side 2; an occasional low-level tic, but the audio is amazingly clear and crisp throughout. The laminated cover shows age toning around the edges of the front and on the back slick; 1” split at both ends of the top seam, ¼” wear at the top of the spine; the bottom seam has ¾” wear at the spine and ½” wear at the opening; 2 ¼” crease at the top left corner; 1” crease at the lower left corner; ”For Demonstration Only” stamped twice on the back slick. Personnel include Art Pepper, Buddy Clark, and Frank Capp. $300.00.
