Description
This is the 2005 deluxe edition of Frances The Mute by The Mars Volta. It was pressed on glow-in-the-dark vinyl that truly must be seen to be believed. Three LP records and a 12-inch single of the song "Frances the Mute" backed with an exclusive acoustic live performance of "The Widow."
This pressing of this album is as rare as hens' teeth; it's unlikely that another will come along on eBay for some time. GSL sold them $50 back in the day; I've seen them on Discogs for more than $350. Snap this up while you can, record collectors. The vinyl embossed sleeve shows some shelf ware, but the records and record jackets themselves are immaculate (you'd be hard-pressed to find so much as a fingerprint).
I listened to it about three times the whole way through and then shelved it; is love for it to go to a hardcore fan who'll appreciate it more than I do. Is that you? Let's see!
