Description
Here is a great 1963 release on the Philips label (PHS900-046) out of England. Igor Markevich conducts Manoug Parikian, Ulysse Delecluse, Henri Helaerts, Maurice Andre, Roland Schnorkh, Joachim Gut and Charles Peschier in a performance of Stravinsky's L'Historie Du Soldat (The Soldier's Tale). Spoken word portions feature Jean Cocteau as The Narrator, Peter Ustinov as The Devil and Jean-Marie Fertey as The Soldier. Stereo pressing. Includes original Cocteau art on cover, and original booklet sealed under the plastic.
Condition - The record is new & sealed. Everything appears to be Mint under the plastic.
Regarding shipping - I ship quickly using new professional grade materials.
Regarding grading - I try to grade by Goldmine standards. I do not use the grade Mint on unsealed opened records. The highest grade I give to unsealed records is Near Mint. Grading here is strictly by sight.
