Seller's Notes: "I am excited to have another record up by Bro. Marion Brock from Bell County Ky. Marion Brock was a legendary eastern Kentucky preacher and gospel vocalist with a rich baritone and smooth delivery that could easily have garnered him a much bigger following in the wider world of gospel music. There are hints of country and Sun Records in this style of gospel but the focus here was on delivering the message of God and Bro. Brock's conviction shines through. This is a less common record by Brock and while the album cover has had unfortunate levels of care and handling, the vinyl itself is in much better condition and sounds good - graded VG + Seller can not find a digital footprint for this particular release - date of release is unkown at this time.
CONDITION: Vinyl record with album cover and sleeve; this listing is sold AS IS. album cover is in GOOD- condition. Cover has extensive visible wear ragged edges at side and cover mouth and a tear/damage at top right with some seam splitting in that area (see photos). Seams are otherwise intact. Back cover has age discoloration and stains. Back cover has wear that includes creasing, indents). The cover has NO writing or stickers and lettering is readable. Front cover does not have ring wear stains. Sleeve may not be original - seller does not grade sleeve. Vinyl LP, in contrast to cover, has far less wear. Minor wear to surfaces, no tactile scratching of any kind. Label has light wear, mostly spindle marks around play hole on both sides. Record tested on seller's stereo system - there a light amoun of surface noise mostly at beginning of side A, but does not over power the audio. No skips.
