On offer here is the superb Mance Lipscomb album 'Texas Sharecropper and Songster' issued in the USA in 1960 on the Arhoolie label. There were 250 copies on an all red label before this first red and black label design was used. This was also the first album released on the label and was not issued in the UK. It is a excellent, very rare and must have blues album! Comes in the earliest wrap around pasted cover which is superb. Also has informative 8pg booklet which is also in great condition. Comes from our own collection and has been well looked after.
The vinyl is graded EX, There are a couple of light scuffs otherwise very clean, barely played. Playback is excellent.
The thick USA style sleeve is graded NM, No split seams, creasing or writing. The edges and corners are solid and exceptional for its type. The glossy paste-on wrap is superb and clean.
Labels are Excellent and very clean.
Booklet is NM.
Plain original paper inner sleeve.
