Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Man - Revelation- Original Vinyl LP album from 1969.
UK pressing.
SIDE 1 : NSPL 18275 A-1
SIDW 2: NSPL 18275 B-1
Vinyl Condition: G (For its age the record is in nice conditon. There are light surface marks, scuff marks and minor scratch marks but these are superficial and don't impact the play. The record plays great with good sound. There is some crackle and the odd click/pop but no sticks or jumps. There is a previous owner's name cellotaped on paper onto the centre label of side 1, hense the downgrading. Centre hole is a bit lose but holds fine. Overall decent condition and better than most that I have seen).
Inner sleeve Condition: Fair (Some large seam splits to the original inner. Also the catalogue number has been written onto it. I have included a new polylined inner but both sleeves will be included).
Outer Sleeve Condition: G (Front laminated flip-back sleeve is good for its age. Lots of creasing and some egde and corner wear. There is an address written on the top left corner on the back and a name written on paper and cellotaped over it. Some general yellowing. Overall ok condition for age).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
