I am not an expert but would rate the album and sleeve as very good. The sleeve does have some signs of wear but no tears or other major damage. Gatefold spine is intact with some minor scuffing at top and bottom. Inside illustration has been neatly signed by origibal owner

I have uploaded some Hi-Res photos which should allow the condition to be assessed pretty well

Record has some background noise and the odd click and pop but generally in very good condition for age
