Description

Malta Bums - Gej Il Milied / That Ain't A Sin (Electro UK 1968)  VG-.

Best known for their 'Mr DJ' 45, few know they recorded this tough mod freakbeat dancer B side a few years earlier. Pressed in the UK on the private 'Elecro' label, presumably for the Maltese market, when you consider the population of Malta was only around 300,000 in 1968, it seems likely there were very few pressed and aren't many left around today. Some marks on the B side, but it plays great. A side has a couple of areas of clouding, but plays through fine. It's an early 60s sounding beat ballad you probably won't want to hear more than once anyway. Sticker stain on A side label.

Listen to both sides taken from the actual 45 for sale:

Side B: That Ain't A Sin:

Side B: Gej Il Mileid:

Grading

M- As new, no marks of any kind whatsoever.

EX Perhaps a few featherlight whispy marks, but no scratches or deterioration in sound

VG+ Some light marks on the vinyl, but nothing that should cause clicks or pops, just occasional light surface noise.

VG Some heavier marks and maybe a few scratches that will cause some noise, but will still be a very enjoyable listen with definitely no sticks or skips or constant surface noise.
