Description
This is a very rare copy of Amelia's Magazine Issue No1 published in 2004.
The magazine comes with a hand numbered (141/1000) flexidisc of "What Katie Did" from the Libertines second album. This version is a solo performance by Pete Doherty. The copy you will be buying has never been played, or even removed from it's sleeve, although I have heard it elsewhere and it is a different version even to the one on the Babyshambles tapes.
The magazine also contains a 6 (six) page feature on Pete Doherty including photos, pages from his prison diaries, and an interview. The magazine has been read and as a result is not quite in pristine condition. The picture of the botton right hand corner shows the condition of the corners. The spine also shows slight signs of use. These are only very minor but I want to point it out now so the purchaser knows what they are getting.
Although I can't prove this I have been told by the publisher that although it is numbered 141/1000 there are only about 800 in existence. This is because when the magazine finished it's run all remaining copies were pulped and by mistake the discs were destroyed also.
