Description
From my personal record collection bought throughout the 1970s and the 1980s, unplayed since the early 1980s until now. This is a rare 'Virgin' label original 1st pressing release in the UK in 1978 of 'Magazine's' debut 12" LP Album 'Real Life'. This is their first studio album, and critically acclaimed as a pioneering post-punk move into what was to become New Wave and Art Rock.

Cover picture sleeve is in very good to excellent condition on both sides, with some minimal faint discolouring along the opening due to its 43yr age, and the quality of card used. Inner insert paper sleeve is also in very good condition, with a few minor creases, and once again some age related discolouring also causing the paper to have a crisp brittle feel. However overall a very good example.
The vinyl is in excellent condition, with both sides playing superbly with normal minor crackle and little sign of wear.
The 'Virgin' labels are looking great on both sides with good colour.
Runoff groove on side 2 is etched with "MR BLAIRS"
