Very rare find in this SEALED condition or any condition actually.
It appears Venezuelan records are sealed with a different grade of plastic than what we use in the USA. The plastic is splitting in some areas. This is clearly shown in the photos.
The white mark on the cover is on the plastic and appears to have been a removed price tag. This did not damage the actual sleeve.
Since it is sealed I am unable to grade the vinyl. So that leaves me to believe it is MINT.
