The condition of this 30 year old vinyl is AMAZING.  The vinyl itself is still glossy and unplayed.

The sleeve only seems to have minor wear at the top otherwise it is crisp and clean.  This has been preserved in plastic since 1983 which is the reason the condition is so excellent.
