Bear in mind that picture discs do not have the high fidelity playback that regular vinyl does. Picture discs are primarily meant for display purposes. Vinyl grading is mostly considered for aesthetic (visual) purposes, rather than playback.

The condition of the record is as follows: Looks great, unplayed, no wear, only has a few very light surface scuffs, excellent for display. Vinyl has some swirl lines & tiny bubbles inside the clear vinyl, from the manufacturing process. This is not a defect, and is not considered in the grading. One-sided record, both tracks on the same side, no grooves on the other. Comes with original backing card (graded as sleeve), one bend. The original version was a mis-print, the front side of the backing card being blank white. This corrected version was quickly issued, with the big red Madonna letters on the front. Limited edition picture disc import from England, made in low numbers. Owned 12+ years. Comes from an amateur private collection, not a store.
