record in excellent condition

cover was in superb condition until it was dropped on the floor and there is a tear wear the chair leg found it. it's not that big. ended up being about a 1.5cm tear. see pictures 9 and 10. its above the far right bush.  the record remained untouched. else the cover has a couple of creases on the spine and the bottom left hand corner is a miniscule bit squished.

other than the red mark the first page of the insert, the insert is also in very good condition.

I'm clearing out my house, lots of other items to go. thanks for looking.
