Overall nice vinyl with no major flaws, plays clean with only FAINT surface noise. Nothing unusual. No issues.
In my opinion the record could use a standard cleaning(See Cleaning Policy Below).
This is a TRUE COLLECTORS ITEM and my assessment/grading I would consider to be conservative.
(SEE PICS)
**GREAT COPY**
Jacket is solid and sturdy with heavy cardboard stock construction, seems heavier and more solid than typical American album jackets.
There is a small "MACE" sticker in the upper left corner, also there is a little bit of corner damage in the top left corner. You will notice some "ring wear"/"shelf wear" in the upper white colored half of the album cover, but this is only modest considering this album is 50 years old.
Overall, jacket has no significant defects. (SEE DETAILED PICS)
**I will ship with protective poly sleeve for preservation**
Plain white inner sleeve is solid, no significant defects. (see pics)
**Overall This is a very nicely preserved piece that is meant to be played and enjoyed.

Grading Scale
Sealed = Never Opened
MINT = New stock (rarely used even with new LP’s)
NM = Near Mint with only one or two minor defects.
EX = extremely nice, would be NM except for a couple of fine hairline scratches or scuffs which do not affect playing.
VG+ = A nice but used record that may have a couple of light scratches or scuffs. It may play with a few pops but has no serious problems.
VG = A well used record that still plays OK but may have moderate surface noise, pops , etc.
VG- = A very well worn record that plays through without skipping, but would not be recommended for a collector.
FAIR = A very well worn record that may have skips and pronounced crackle and pops.
POOR = A record meant to be a placeholder in a collection. Not recommended for play.
