MUDDY WATERS - THE BEST OF MUDDY WATERS

** MEGA RARE 1st PRESS US CHESS LP WITH SHELDON RECORDING STUDIOS BANNER **

Year: Original 1957 US MONO LP

Cat No: LP 1427

Vinyl: is in VG condition with some light marks and hairlines. Labels are great and the vinyl is still nice and shiny. Maybe I am being super critical but there is a slight rough edge to one third of the rim but this is purely cosmetic. Plays with some surface noise in places but once Muddy starts singing it's very powerful and he comes through loud and clear!

Sleeve: is in VG+ Condition the US pasted on cover still retains a nice shine. There is a 1 inch seam split to the centre of the base of the sleeve (see photo)

I have included the original inner sleeve which has a few splits in places but the LP will will be sent in an age correct plain sleeve.
